("AdaptaIQ", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information in connection with our public website, marketing pages, events, contact forms, and recruiting channels (the "Site"). This policy does not cover data that we process on behalf of our enterprise customers. Customer data is governed by applicable service agreements and a separate data processing addendum.
AdaptaIQ Inc. is the controller of personal information collected through the Site for the purposes described here. If you are an enterprise customer or end user of a customer tenant, AdaptaIQ acts as a processor for your organization and our processing is governed by the customer agreement and data processing addendum.
This policy applies to visitors and business contacts who interact with the Site, subscribe to our communications, attend our webinars or events, or apply for roles with AdaptaIQ. The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
